For over 20 years Daher Manufacturing has specialized in custom foam moulding.  Founded in 1977 under the name Engineered Theraputic systems, the company produced products specifically designed to assist the non-ambulatory handicapped population.  Since then, Daher has grown and evolved, and now offers an ever expanding range of products and services to a variety of industry sectors.
 
Daher specializes in moulding products using a flexible self-skinning polyurethane foam, non-skinning flexible foam, as well as rigid polyurethane materials.  Our flexible products are made of a tear-resistant foam with a durable, easy wash finish.  In products that require an extra level of support and security, full-sized high gauge steel inserts are used.  All products are manufactured and tested to the highest industry standard to ensure safety, comfort and reliability.

From start to finish, Daher Manufacturing is responsible for making sureyour particular needs are met.  We have the ability to create customized products for virtually any use, specifically designed with your use in mind. From your sketch, model or drawing, Daher can design and produce cost-effective prototypes from epoxy tooling.  This allows you to test your product and make any necessary modifications or refinements before final production is ever started.  In partnership with Slagerman Engineering Tooling and Moulding, we can take your CAD drawings to do the tooling and moulding of your product using the CNC process.

Our success relies on our people and our tools.  We invest heavily in both.  Our team of designers, patternmakers, machine operators, finishers and shipping operation come together to make a highly skilled network of professionals.  From the largest machine work to the most detailed hand tooling, a high level of craftsmanship is required.  Each step from design to delivery is critical to the successful outcome of the project.    
 
Product | Groups
 
Automotive - Our extensive experience with custom moulding allows us to manufacture these and other highly specialized foam components for the automotive industry.  All products are finished to allow for easy cleaning with mild soap and water.
Health Care - We work closely with both individuals, companies and organizations to design and manufacture specialty products for the health care industry.  Foam pads and harnesses are specially fitted to wheelchairs, to ensure optimal security, comfort and fit.  We use standard three-point mounting assemblies for easy attachment and adjustment.  High gauge steel inserts provide added support and stability.
Technical Furniture - Polyurethane nosings produced for high level consoles and workstations, like the ones show here, add stability and are easily replaced, adding longevity to the worksurface.  The result is a perfectly finished, ergonomic and innovative system with the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
